What You'll Be Responsible For:

n

n
- MSP & IT Support Coordination – Monitor MSP support tickets, prioritise business‐critical issues, follow up outstanding requests, manage escalations and make day‐to‐day decisions on IT issues within agreed authority.
n
- Employee IT Support – Act as the internal point of contact for IT queries, helping employees navigate support processes and coordinating resolution with the MSP where required.
n
- Microsoft Environment Coordination & Administration – Coordinate user, access, licensing and device‐related requirements within our Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment, including some hands‐on administration in Azure/Entra ID where required, alongside MSP support.
n
- Joiners & Leavers – Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring employees have the required hardware, accounts, licences and access,



and that access and equipment are appropriately removed or recovered when they leave.
n
- Hardware Procurement – Manage hardware procurement for employees outside Australia, working with local/global suppliers and ensuring equipment meets company standards.
n
- IT Asset Management – Own and maintain the IT asset register, including device allocation, location, serial numbers, warranty information, lifecycle status, returns and disposals.
n
- Vendor & Licence Coordination – Coordinate with IT suppliers, assist with software and licence requirements and renewals, and identify unused or unnecessary technology costs.
n
- IT Operations & Governance – Maintain key IT operational records and procedures, support access and asset reviews, assist with audit/ISO 27001 requirements, and ensure IT processes and approvals are followed.

What You Bring:

n

n
- Experience in an IT Coordinator, IT Operations, Service Delivery or similar role.
n
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and familiarity with Entra ID and device management concepts, including some hands‐on Azure/Entra administration experience.
n
- Experience working with and coordinating an outsourced MSP or IT service provider.
n
- Experience with hardware procurement, asset management and employee onboarding/offboarding.
n
- Good understanding of IT support,



access management and basic cyber security principles.
n
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to assess business impact, prioritise issues and confidently challenge or elevate with technology providers.
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
