We're ideally looking for candidates with previous machine operating experience. However, experience isn't everything. If you have the right attitude, solid mechanical aptitude, a great work ethic and a reliable approach to work, we want to hear from you.

The Role
n You'll be working in a busy production environment, operating machinery and supporting the wider team to keep production running safely and efficiently.
n
The roster is a rotating weekly roster:
n
n
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 4:00am – 4:00pm
n
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 4:00am
n
- Rotating between AM and PM week
n
n
Overtime opportunities available every week with occasional Saturdays as production volumes increase.
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and being part of a productive team.
n
What We're Looking For
n Experience is highly regarded, but we're also happy to train the right person.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- Previous machine operating, manufacturing,
production or industrial experience
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in how machinery works
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach to attendance
n
- The ability to follow procedures and work safely
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A willingness to work the rotating AM/PM roster
n
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when required
n
- Forklift and maintance oppourtunites also availble as part of these roles if you have the skills.
n
