Locum cover required from 31 August 2026 - 26 February 2027.

Shift times: 0730 - 1800 weekdays.

- On call 1 in 3 rostered (including weekends)

- Travel and accommodation is included.

Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.

This is a 580-bed public tertiary referral hospital located in a city on the north-eastern coast, 350 km south of Cairns.

The nearest airport is 4.5 km away which is serviced by daily, hour long flights from Cairns and 2 hour long flights from Brisbane.

This is a major gateway to the Excellent Barrier Reef,
