Job Description

QBE Insurance in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to shape long-term people strategy. This hybrid, full-time role sits in the Strategic Workforce Planning team and partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce insights and actions over a 3-5 year horizon.

You'll lead forecasting, scenario modelling and capability mapping, analyse data from multiple sources, and craft explicit narratives to inform executive decisions.
