Job Description

Cabrini Health in Melbourne's southeast is seeking a Pharmacist Grade 2 for a permanent full time role, generally Monday to Friday with some weekends and on-call duties. You will rotate through clinical specialties, aseptic and cytotoxic compounding, and inpatient dispensing, contributing to medication management and patient care in a supportive team.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration and have strong communication and IT skills.
