We deliver nationally recognised and WorkSafe-approved First Aid training to thousands of participants each year across a wide range of industries and locations.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, skilled and engagingCasual First Aid Trainersto join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality face-to-face and online training across Western Sydney, Wollongong and other locations throughout NSW.

About the Role

n

As a First Aid Trainer, you will play an important role in delivering engaging and compliant training programs that help individuals and organisations build lifesaving skills and knowledge.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Delivering professional, high-quality accredited and non-accredited First Aid training
n
- Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning sessions
n
- Assessing and reviewing student assessments
n
- Maintaining accurate training records and compliance standards
n




- Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of training equipment
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited and/or non-accredited training programs
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent)
n
- Strong communication and presentation skills
n
- Confidence using technology to facilitate online learning
n
- Experience in First Aid, Workplace Health & Safety, emergency services or a related field
n
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- A current unrestricted driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
n

Location: Various training locations across NSW, with a particular focus on growth inWestern Sydney and Wollongong.
