The Head of Capital's focus will be on growing our investor base by originating and managing relationships with high net worth, family office, private wealth management and institutional investors. The initial focus is raising and stewarding capital for our private credit strategy (lending to property developers and investors) with the mandate expanding to include our direct equity property developments. The role will span investor origination, on-boarding, portfolio construction and management, as well as collaborating with Courtley Roy's leadership team in new fund development, structuring and overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

Capital raising and distribution – Lead capital raising for our credit and equity investment opportunities with high net worth, family office, private wealth and institutional investors; and represent Courtley Roy at investor meetings, conferences and events.

Investor management – Build trusted relationships with investors; manage investor pipelines and activity in our CRM system; oversee on-boarding, KYC/AML/CTF compliance checks; construct and manage investor portfolios; and organise investor reporting, updates, meeting and events.

Strategy – Develop and execute the private capital strategy; partner with the firm's leadership team on new fund development and structuring; and provide market intelligence and insights to support business growth.

About you

10+ years' relevant experience in property and real asset private capital, wholesale distribution and/or institutional business development.

A track record of capital origination and existing relationships with high net worth, family office,



private wealth management and/or institutional investors.

The investment and technical property knowledge and confidence to be credible in front of sophisticated investors.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to help us grow our firm.
