Job Description

Love to DreamTM is seeking a CRM Manager on a parental leave contract to own email and SMS marketing across Australia, USA, UK, Canada and Europe.

You will design and build campaigns in Canva and Klaviyo, manage automated flows, and drive the CRM roadmap to grow CLTV and loyalty. This hands-on role requires robust creative plus analytical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
