As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Facilitating wellbeing through an individualised lifestyle and wellbeing program
n
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
n
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
n
- Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
n
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation
n
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
n

About the Candidate

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
- Passion for aged care and helping others
n
- Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
n
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, If you are compassionate, reliable, and thrive in a team-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and hold (or be willing to obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
