Our esteemed Federal Govt. client is seeking experienced Senior Project Officer– PV Cleared for a long term contract role!

About the Role:

As the Project Officer you will assist in the operations of a Project/Program/Portfolio Office and the delivery of projects. You will be a highly organised, energetic, outcome orientated individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting the implementation of projects, including defining the scope and requirements, developing plans and schedules, overseeing and planning resource allocation and work packages, managing risks and issues and communicating formally and informally on the project’s progress.
- Assist with project support tasks including the administration and coordination of project documentation.
- Accountable to contribute to the ongoing application of project planning and scheduling.
- Apply knowledge and experience of legislation, policies,



strategies and team plans to project support work.

Skills & Experience:

- Portfolio, Programme & Project Support (Level 5): Provides expert support, advises on standards and tools, evaluates performance, and ensures conformance through reviews and audits.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management (Level 4): Manages issues and resolutions, implements engagement plans, gathers feedback, and strengthens stakeholder relationships.
- Business Administration (Level 4): Supports teams with resources and planning, coordinates across functions, guides on processes/tools, and contributes to organisational policy and documentation.

Duration: 12 months contract, 2x12 months extension options

Eligibility: Australian Citizenship with current TSPV clearance
