We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring the visual identity of Unison and Commonry to life across digital channels.

n

Working across website, eDM, social media and paid digital campaigns, you'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content that is on-brand, visually compelling and delivered to a high standard.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two distinctive fashion brands, contributing to their digital presence and helping shape how they connect with their customers.

n

THE ROLE:

n

n
- Develop creative concepts that bring the Unison and Commonry brands to life
n
- Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
n
- Partner with Marketing and Digital teams to develop creative aligned to broader brand and marketing plans
n
- Design campaign collateral for key brand moments, launches and promotional activity
n
- Support ad-hoc video editing and digital content creation
n
- Work with photographers, stylists and creative partners to communicate each brand visually
n
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within agreed timelines
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to ensure projects are delivered effectively and to brief
n
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

n

n
- 2-3 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, retail or a creative environment
n
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design
n
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and creative concept development
n
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects
n
- Experience with Figma and strong digital design capabilities
n
- A strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual composition
n




- The ability to take a concept from initial idea through to finished creative
n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision
n
- A proactive approach with the ability to generate ideas and show initiativeStrong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
