About The Role

We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, covering the East and Inner South of Melbourne. Open to full-time and part-time.

This is a fully mobile role, working across participants' homes, schools and the community.

You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team spanning early career through to senior clinicians, with access to colleagues holding specialist skills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver behaviour support services across home, school and community settings
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants with a range of presentations, including autism, intellectual disability and complex behaviours
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community




- Take part in shadowing, mentoring and small group support as part of your onboarding

What You'll Bring

- Current NDIS Commission suitability at Core level
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Someone who enjoys building relationships with colleagues, both socially and professionally, and sharing wins along the way
