- Candidate Qualifications /Requirements
- Male or Female, 25 to 42 years old
- Must have 5 years of carpentry experience
- Experience in framing, lock-up, cladding, fix-out, decks, and pergolas is a
- robust advantage
- Well-rounded and fully qualified carpenter interested in progressing into a
- Leading Hand role
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and
- capable of setting out projects
- Must have good English communication skills
- Must be physically fit for work
