About The Role As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Alawarra Lodge, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care across the home. In This Role, You Will

- Lead, coach and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
- Oversee resident assessments,



care planning and clinical documentation processes
- Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness activities
- Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and person-centred care excellence

What You'll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care practices
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
- Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident outcomes
- The ability to lead through change while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
