Talent Acquisition & People & Culture Partner, Box Hill Support Centren

This is an exciting time to join our People & Culture team. As our organisation continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to combine end-to-end recruitment with broader People & Culture responsibilities that support the employee lifecycle.

This is a parental Leave cover fixed term role until November 2027 with a potential for extension.

n

You will partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, attract high-quality talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also provide People & Culture support and advice, including policy interpretation, employee engagement initiatives and key annual people programs.

n

In addition, you will play an important role in continuously improving onboarding, induction and People & Culture processes to help create a positive employee experience and support business growth.

What will you be responsible for?n

- Talent sourcing and acquisition
n
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment and workforce activities
n
- Driving an exceptional candidate experience
n
- Building and promoting our employer brand
n
- Designing and implementing onboarding and induction programs to ensure employees have a smooth transition into the business
n
- Providing first-line advice and support to managers and employees on People & Culture policies, procedures and employment matters.
n
- Assisting with policy interpretation and supporting consistent people management practices across the business.
n
- Coordinating and supporting key annual People & Culture initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs and culture initiatives.
n
- Reporting on recruitment and people metrics to support business decision making.
n
- Continuously improving our talent acquisition, onboarding and People & Culture processes.
n
- Beyond this, you will have the prospect to contribute to a broad range of People & Culture projects and initiatives as we continue to scale our business.

What are we looking for?n n
- Proven recruitment experience with demonstrated knowledge of best practice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies.
n
- Experience providing generalist People & Culture support and advice.
n




- Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
n
- Confidence interpreting and applying workplace policies and procedures.
n
- Experience in a rapid-paced, growing business across multiple sites (Healthcare industry experience will be highly desirable).
n
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
n
- Action oriented and confident to drive outcomes.
n
- Excellent time management.
n
- Strong analytical skills along with the ability to make sound judgements and solve problems.
n
- Tech savvy and willing to look at ways of introducing technology to improve processes.
n
- Data-driven and able to translate data into meaningful insights.

- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to work well within and contribute to a team.

- Proactive in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
