Job Description

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the core Consumer Finance platform. You will design and build scalable, cloud‐native systems using Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, .NET, and AWS, while mentoring engineers and driving technical uplift across squads.

You will shape the engineering roadmap, own end‐to‐end delivery, and foster strong DevSecOps practices in a quick‐paced, collaborative environment with real customer impact.
