Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing customer interactions throughout the client lifecycle. This role includes configuring and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reports and dashboards that support account management and sales activities. The specialist will collaborate with sales and client service teams to streamline workflows, track engagement, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Daily tasks involve updating client records, documenting interactions, monitoring follow-up activities, and supporting outreach campaigns related to tax credit services. The role also includes troubleshooting CRM-related issues, providing user support and training,



and contributing to process improvements that strengthen client relationships and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM platforms, data entry standards, and workflow automation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive insights that support client strategy and business decisions.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding sales pipelines, supporting outreach campaigns, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders to meet deliverables.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with tax or financial services, comfort working in a data-driven setting, and proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
- Relevant education or experience in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
