Steadyrack designs and manufactures the world's leading vertical bike storage system. Founded in Perth in 2009, we have sold over one million racks worldwide and ship to more than 100 countries. The business is family owned, in a strong growth phase, and preparing to launch the largest new product pipeline in its history across three Shopify Plus stores serving five markets.
We are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own two things: our websites and our advertising. This is a hands-on operator role with direct commercial accountability. You will work directly with the COO and CSO, who set the strategy; you'll contribute to it and own the execution.
What you will own
- Daily performance across every traffic channel and conversion metric, across three stores and five regional domains. You identify changes the day they happen and act on them
- Management of our paid media agency (Meta and Google), held to agreed targets
- The creative pipeline that feeds paid media: reading the data, setting briefing cadence, and briefing our in-house designer and content creator
- Day-to-day trading, promotions, sale execution and hands-on website updates
- Site health, tracking integrity and product feeds, plus the CRO testing program with our external partner
- Immediate priorities: Black Friday across five markets,
new product launches, and building AI-assisted reporting into our weekly operating rhythm
Our stack: Shopify Plus, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads, Elevar, Okendo, Intelligems, Semrush, Windsor.ai, Asana.
About you
- 5+ years in ecommerce or performance marketing with commercial accountability for revenue
- Deep hands-on Shopify and GA4 experience. Non-negotiable
- Data-led: dashboards are how you start the day, not a task on a list
- AI-proficient: you build workflows that automate reporting, briefing and QA, and use AI to increase output, not just produce content
- Experience managing agencies to targets and developing a small team
An interest in bikes, boards or outdoor gear is a plus, not a requirement. Working here: Steadyrack is family owned and operated from our Bibra Lake HQ. The team is small, the pace is quick, and decisions are made rapid. Good work is visible and recognised.
Salary: $115,000 to $135,000 plus super, depending on experience.
Location: Perth preferred. Remote within Australia considered for an outstanding candidate.
To apply, submit your CV with a short note on the strongest performance result you have personally driven.
