YMCA Whittlesea is seeking a casual Duty Manager (Shift Supervisor) for Y Leisure City Epping to lead on-shift staff and ensure smooth, customer‐focused operations across a busy sport and recreation facility.

You'll supervise rosters, oversee day‐to‐day service, contribute to safety, and drive service improvements while offering a strong, friendly guest experience. Perks include a free on‐site gym membership, free parking and other YMCA advantages.
