Work with adult, working-age clients in a workplace-focused rehabilitation model. This role supports individuals recovering from work-related physical injuries and psychosocial or mental-health challenges linked to employment.
This is not a paediatric or general mental-health clinic role. Mental-health support is delivered within an occupational rehab and case-management framework.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work (RTW) services
- Manage complex psychosocial and workplace-related cases
- Conduct functional capacity and workplace assessments
- Develop RTW plans aligned with employer, insurer, and worker goals
- Support clients experiencing workplace stress, conflict, or adjustment issues
- Collaborate with employers, insurers, and allied health professionals
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered or eligible)
- Experience or interest in occupational rehab / workplace rehabilitation
- Confidence managing psychosocial or mental-health factors impacting work
- Solid communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Adult caseload focus
