Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build journey
n
- Oversee site performance, ensuring quality builds and on-time delivery
n
- Partner closely with your Construction Manager to review progress via ClickHomes
n
- Maximise productivity by coordinating and securing quality trades
n
- Schedule and manage all on-site construction activities
n
- Proactively resolve build issues and maintain clear client communication
n
- Drive continuous improvement in building practices and processes
n
- Ensure compliance with cost, project management, and OH&S; standards
n
- Foster a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented culture
n




- Deliver homes to the highest quality standards; and
n
- Hand over keys and settlement packs - celebrate the final milestone with your client.

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
n
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, OH&S; and QA systems
n
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
n
- Established networks with trades (highly regarded)
n
- Customer-focused with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
n
- Comfortable working with new homes contracts
n
- Ability to prioritise, manage timelines and meet deadlines; and
n
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
