Join Inventorium Academy Ltd and help shape the future of young people! We're seeking a passionate Youth Worker to collaborate with our creative teaching team in 2026 or 2027. This role offers an opportunity to provide meaningful support and guidance in an inclusive education environment for young people seeking to develop their potential.

What you'll do

n

- Support and mentor young people to set goals and develop their personal growth
n
- Design and deliver engaging life skills workshops (online and in-person) that build confidence and resilience
n
- Case manage individual students, including developing plans, monitoring progress, and making referrals where appropriate.
n
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and support services to ensure holistic support
n
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
n
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and safe workplace
n
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
n

What you'll need

n

n
- 2+ years experience working with young people
n




- Relevant qualification in youth work, social work, or a related field (minimum Certificate IV or equivalent).
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with youth
n
- Understanding of youth development and contemporary issues
n
- Commitment to inclusive support practices
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n

Inventorium Academy Ltd is a special assistance school based in Pulteney Street, Adelaide and also provides a tailored learning case management provision to schools, as well as supporting the students enrolled with the Academy directly.
