- Provide leaders with practical advice regarding workers' compensation, injury management and return-to-work obligations.
- Maintain effective relationships with occupational physicians, GPs, physiotherapists, rehabilitation providers and other healthcare professionals.

Operational & Site Support

- Work closely with site medics, supervisors, superintendents and managers to ensure early and consistent management of workplace injuries.
- Regularly visit operational sites to engage with injured workers and leaders and understand operational requirements.
- Support frontline leaders in managing injured workers and work restrictions in an operational environment.
- Liaise with contractor organisations and their injury management representatives to support consistent injury management outcomes across Fenix operations.
- Assist with assessing work activities and suitable duties to support safe and durable return-to-work outcomes.

Injury Prevention, Health & Wellbeing
