As Sharon AI continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our Sydney team and lead our learning, capability and organisational development strategy. The role operates within our hybrid working model, offering flexibility between our Sydney office and working from home. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to build the skills, leadership capability and ways of working we need as we scale.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build programs from the ground up and make a genuine impact across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and evolve Sharon AI’s learning and organisational development strategy
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning and development solutions
- Design and deliver leadership development, manager capability and onboarding programs
- Own and administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including content, learning pathways and reporting
- Support organisational development initiatives including workforce planning, organisational design and change management
- Build coaching and mentoring frameworks across the business
- Manage the L&D; calendar, budget and external learning partners
- Use employee feedback and people data to measure impact and improve programs




- Champion the use of AI and learning technology to create more personalised and scalable learning experiences
- Oversee compliance-related training and completion requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of experience across Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development, including experience in a lead or management capacity
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering organisation-wide learning and leadership programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design and organisational development principles
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Robust facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
- Robust project management and analytical capability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence operating in a fast-paced environment

Experience within technology, AI or a high-growth/scale-up environment will be highly regarded, along with coaching, psychometric or change management certifications.
