Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a dynamic Not for Profit organisation that have a range of services that support women in the Western Sydney area to recruit for a Programs Manager on a full time permanent basis.

n

Role

n

This position is responsible for managing a range of services including Counselling, Domestic Violence Support, Case Management and Community Engagement.

n

The role leads multidisciplinary teams and ensures safe, high-quality, culturally safe, trauma-informed and person-centred services that promote women's safety, wellbeing and empowerment.

n

With significant autonomy, the position oversees service delivery, compliance, workforce leadership, continuous improvement, service planning and innovation,



contributing to robust operational performance and organisational development.

Candidate

n

n
- Qualifications in Psychology or Counselling, Social Work or related field.
n
- Experience in managing counselling, case management or DFV services
n
- Operational and change management experience
n
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
n

Further Info

In return you will be offered a base salary in the region of $124-130k + super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation. You will also get flexible working conditions, a supportive team environment and other perks.
