The Role

- You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing Hotel Rooms for arriving guests and servicing and replenishing amenities for stay guests in a time effective manner.
- During the Turndown service you will refresh the room, dim the lights, turndown the bed as per the hotel turndown standards.
- You are responsible for cleaning and maintaining your trolley and other equipment used throughout the shift returning it to the storeroom at the end of your shift.
- Maintain pantry areas ensuring they are left clean and tidy at the end of your shift.
- Assist with guest requests as required.
