Lead the front-of-house team at an exciting new bakery concept launching in Coburg North.

SUPERLUPO is an exciting new bakery concept opening in Coburg North in mid October. As Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in launching the store and shaping our culture, service standards and customer experience from day one.
You’ll help build, train and develop a new team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Working closely with the management team, you’ll take ownership, solve problems and make decisions with confidence, while helping the business grow.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great hospitality starts with a great team — a hands-on leader who communicates clearly, leads by example and genuinely enjoys developing people.
Key responsibilities

Lead, motivate and support the SUPERLUPO front-of-house team

Provide ongoing training and development

Ensure team members understand service standards, products and procedures

Allocate daily tasks and ensure the team is organised and prepared for service

Provide regular feedback and support team development

Lead by example and help create a positive, respectful and supportive team culture

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards

Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment

Confidently manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints





Oversee the smooth running of the store during service, including opening and closing procedures

About you

At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role

Proven customer service experience

Solid leadership and people-management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence making decisions and working independently

A genuine understanding of the importance of training and developing a team, with the ability to provide ongoing coaching and feedback

High standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail

A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
