About the Role:

Join a large growing Property Management team managing an initial portfolio of 80 tenancies, predominantly retail and commercial office, with the portfolio capped at 150. You’ll have dedicated Assistant PM support and the benefit of a highly systemised operation.

About You:

- 5+ years' commercial property management experience
- Strong retail and/or commercial office experience
- Solid working knowledge of Retail Leases Act
- Professional,



organised and commercially minded
- Confident managing landlord, tenant and contractor relationships
