To be successful, you will have:

- Experience managing capital works, construction, infrastructure or facilities maintenance projects.
- Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing high-risk contracts.
- Ability to obtain a Police Check for custodial environments.
- Current C Class Driver License and willingness to travel to correctional sites across SEQ.





Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple capital programs and monitor delivery against budgets and timelines.
- Prepare project proposals using standard formats.
- Deliver site-based projects for Queensland Corrective Services and Youth Justice.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Maintain project data integrity within Ellipse.
- Coordinate all planning and delivery activities across assigned programs.
