ConsultANZ is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded civil contractor delivering major civil infrastructure and land development projects across South East Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to join a secure business with a strong pipeline of work and the resources to deliver complex civil projects.

The Opportunity
You will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, leading project teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the successful delivery of civil construction projects
- Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Supervisors
- Manage project budgets, costs, forecasting and commercial outcomes
- Oversee programming, planning and project reporting
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety and environmental requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants

Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,



or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the general civil construction sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, pavements, roads, drainage and utilities.
- Strong commercial, programming and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage budgets, programmes and project delivery effectively.
