About the company
Our client is looking for an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Therapist to join our clients' team within a modern, established 8-chair dental practice.
You will work alongside an experienced team of dentists and a well-supported therapy department in an environment designed to help clinicians work efficiently and provide high-quality patient care.
The practice has invested in contemporary dental technology, including intraoral scanners, CBCT, ultrasonic equipment and 3D printing, giving clinicians access to excellent tools for diagnosis, treatment planning and preventive care.
About the position
This is an excellent opportunity for an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Therapist who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while working with a varied and well-managed appointment book.
The therapy schedule provides a strong mix of adult cleans and examinations, children's appointments and children's treatment, allowing you to develop genuine continuity of care across different patient groups.
Therapists generally work independently for routine appointments, with a shared therapy nurse available to assist with treatment, X-rays, periodontal charting and room changes where possible. A separate sterilisation team member also helps keep clinical workflows running smoothly.
You will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of services within your scope, including:
- Preventive dental care, examinations and professional cleans
- Periodontal care, including periodontal charting and maintenance
- Children's examinations, preventive care and restorative treatment
- Dental X-rays and diagnostic support
- Digital intraoral scanning
- Teeth whitening
- Mouthguards and preventive appliances
- Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
The practice can also allocate afternoon blocks for priority treatment and rebooking, helping therapists maintain control of their books and reduce unnecessary scheduling pressure.

- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Confidence providing preventive and periodontal care
- Comfortable treating both adult and paediatric patients within scope
- Skilled, organised and patient-focused approach

Our client offers:
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- Patient appointments commencing from 8:30am
- A varied and established therapy appointment book
