An expanding paediatric physiotherapist practice based in the south of Brisbane, is seeking an experienced and passionate paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team!

This full time chance is perfect for a Senior clinician wanting to take the next step in their career and help build the occupational therapy arm of a business.

⭐Salaries starting from $100,000 - $115,000 + Super
⭐Paediatric caseload based in a freshly renovated, purpose built clinic
⭐Flexible working hours - opportunity to work a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight

About the Role:

In this role, you will spend the first few months working a caseload independently, then once you're settled in the role, you will begin building your own team of enthusiastic practitioners.

Part of your leadership responsibilities will include; contributing to quality improvement and operations of the service, providing professional development training to your team, creating New Graduate support programs and offering clinical supervision. Your caseload responsibilities will decrease as you take on board more leadership roles.

Benefits:

- Salaries starting at $100,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Paid external supervision with an OT of your choice if you wish
- $2000 PD allowance per year & 5 days PD leave
- Work in a freshly renovated clinic and contribute your ideas to make the space functional for your OT clients
Help build the OT resource library
- Work collaboratively with paediatric SP's & Physio's to support your clients




- Support your wider community - this practice is currently in the process of collecting assistive equipment to provide to families who can't afford it

Requirements:

- 3-4 years OT experience with some leadership experience
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
