We are seeking a Psychologist to join a supportive private practice in Melbourne on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

- Permanent part-time position
- Minimum 3 days per week
- Work with adult clients
- Therapy-focused role
- No assessment work required
- Trauma-informed approach to clinical practice
- Opportunity to use a range of therapeutic approaches beyond CBT
- Peer-to-peer supervision
- Professional Development opportunities, with PD arrangements negotiable
- Approximately 5–6 client sessions per day
- Salary reflects the expected KPIs

About You

We are looking for a Psychologist who:

- Has experience providing psychological therapy to adults
- Has a strong trauma-informed approach
- Is confident using a range of therapeutic modalities beyond CBT
- Has experience working with ADHD/ADD in adults – highly desirable
- Has experience or an understanding of Eating Disorders – highly desirable
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a clinical team
- Values supervision and ongoing professional development
