About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team delivering community-based care in Buderim, QLD. This is a full-time permanent position providing assessment, planning, intervention and review services for children and adults across the NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other programs. You will support clients with communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties and more, delivering services across homes, clinic and community settings while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dietitians.

- Provide assessment, planning, intervention and review services for children and adults
- Support clients across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other funding programs
- Deliver therapy for communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties
- Work across home, clinic and community settings
- Collaborate closely with a broad multidisciplinary allied health team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia
- Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates
- COVID and flu vaccinations
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive and client-focused approach with a commitment to collaborative care
- Eligible to work in Australia
