About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to look after a portfolio of predominantly industrial assets, on behalf of an Asset Management company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Facilities Management function across planned and preventative maintenance.
- Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services.
- Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants responding to any queries or issues.
- Manage the capex/opex budget, contractor management, whs and over portfolio performance.

Requirements:

- Must have previous experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Facilities Management
- Must have robust communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Must be proficient with computer systems, able to manage work orders, PO’s and invoices.
