A well-established civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team after securing a strong pipeline of subdivision work across western Sydney.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who knows how to run a site properly, keep crews moving and get work completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

- Strong experience supervising civil subdivision projects
- Good understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage and services
- Confident running crews and subcontractors




- Robust knowledge of site safety and quality
- Able to read plans and understand levels
- Someone practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership of a site
- Previous Western Sydney subdivision experience highly regarded

The role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of subdivision projects, including:

- Managing crews, subcontractors and plant
- Bulk earthworks and detailed excavation
- Roads, drainage, sewer and water
- Coordinating daily site activities
- Driving programme and productivity
- Working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers
- Maintaining safety, quality and site standards
- Managing deliveries, materials and subcontractor sequencing
- Identifying issues early and keeping the project moving
