Marketing Specialist

- Part-time chance: 1–2 days per week, based in the Sydney CBD office.

- Help attract, engage and retain clients, candidates and consultants while strengthening the brand and supporting business growth
- Salary: $40-$50 per hour + super

Duties

- Develop and coordinate marketing and lead-generation campaigns across email, search engine marketing, social media advertising and content marketing.
- Create website content, blog posts, case studies, social media updates and other marketing collateral.
- Partner with consultants and leadership to develop targeted content for business development and personal branding.
- Design marketing materials and imagery in line with brand and campaign requirements.
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Jobadder.

Skills & experience





- Marketing experience, ideally in recruitment or a related professional-services environment.
- Ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies, campaigns and lead-generation activity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating engaging content across digital marketing channels.
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing; Open to WHV applicants.
