The Person
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within strata.
Ideally, you will have:

- Previous strata experience, although attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach
- A strata Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

The Role
An exciting prospect is available for an Assistant Strata Manager to join a growing, community-focused team based in Maitland.

Working alongside experienced senior staff and a hands-on management team,



you’ll gain exposure to a range of residential strata portfolios while gradually taking on additional responsibility as your confidence and knowledge develop.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the end-to-end management of residential strata schemes
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with local trades
- Preparing for and attending owner and committee meetings
- Progressing toward running meetings independently
- Maintaining records relating to financials, levies, budgets and correspondence
- Providing solutions-focused support to residents, owners and committees
- Developing your knowledge of long-term maintenance planning and asset management
