We are seeking an organised and people-focused PALM Scheme Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day support, welfare and administration of workers participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme.

This is a rewarding role that combines workforce coordination, employee support, stakeholder engagement and compliance to ensure workers have a positive experience both at work and within the local community.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the onboarding and mobilisation of PALM Scheme workers
- Provide ongoing welfare, pastoral care and workplace support
- Assist workers with accommodation, transport and community integration
- Maintain accurate employment and compliance records
- Liaise with employers, government agencies and community organisations
- Support worker wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage incident reporting and resolve worker concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with PALM Scheme requirements and employment obligations
- Coordinate training, inductions and workforce communications

About You




- Previous experience in workforce coordination, community services, human resources, recruitment or employee support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
- Current driver's licence
- Knowledge of the PALM Scheme or migrant workforce programs will be highly regarded
