Position: Mechanical Fitter - Trains & Automotive
We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team based in Ingleburn, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mechanical tradesperson to work across automotive vehicles, carrying out mechanical fitting, maintenance, repairs and component installation.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

- Mechanical fitting, assembly and installation
- Maintenance and repairs on trains and vehicles
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults
- Removing, fitting and replacing mechanical components
- Working with hand and power tools
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification or relevant experience
- Previous experience in heavy vehicle, rail,



automotive or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attitude and robust work ethic
- Commitment to safety and quality
