Epping
Centre Director - Epping
We're looking for a passionate, experienced and inspiring Centre Director to join our growing Treetop family and lead our newest Treetop centre in Epping.
This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who wants to do more than manage a centre. You'll have the opportunity to build a team, shape a culture, develop strong relationships with families and create a beautiful community from the ground up.
If you're a warm, confident and motivated early childhood leader who loves bringing people together, we'd love to meet you.
About Treetop
Treetop is a family-run early childhood organisation with centres in Pascoe Vale and Ascot Vale, and now our newest centre in Epping which opened up this year.
Our leadership teams stay connected through regular collaboration, idea-sharing and support. You'll be part of a leadership community where you can share experiences, learn from others and feel genuinely supported.
At Treetop, we believe that strong relationships are at the heart of quality early childhood education.
We take the time to build meaningful connections with children, families and educators because we know that when people feel connected, respected and valued, wonderful things happen.
A beautiful new centre
Our Epping centre has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming, inspiring and connected environment for children, families and educators.
Our unique spaces include:
- A tranquil library — a calm space for stories, imagination, discovery and quiet moments.
- An inspiring Atelier — encouraging creativity, experimentation and artistic expression.
- Our inviting Sala — a beautiful gathering space for mealtimes, family breakfasts, coffee and connection.
- Purposeful learning environments — designed to encourage curiosity, exploration, independence and a love of learning.
We believe children learn through play, relationships and hands-on experiences.
Our passionate educators create meaningful learning opportunities based on each child's individual interests, strengths, development and curiosity.

As the Centre Director, you will play a key role in establishing our Epping centre and creating the culture that will define it. We would like to see Centre Director experience for this role.
You'll have the opportunity to build something truly special — from developing your team and establishing strong family relationships to creating a centre environment where everyone feels they belong.
