This is an exciting prospect for an experienced ECT or Diploma-qualified Centre Manager who is looking for more than just a Centre Director position with a clear pathway to Area Manager available for the right person.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day operations of the service.
You will:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre
- Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Support staff development, performance and retention
- Monitor occupancy, enrolments and centre performance
- Ensure the service maintains the highest standards of education, care and safety
- Work closely with senior management to achieve operational and strategic goals
- Create a positive, collaborative and accountable centre culture

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced early childhood leader who has:

- Diploma or ECT qualification




- Previous experience as a Centre Director / Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A passion for developing educators and future leaders
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families
