Your current company
Join a well-established organisation responsible for delivering building maintenance, construction and upgrade projects across South East Queensland. They are looking for a supervisor to supervise office staff, field staff and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Your new role

- Coordinating condition assessments, building inspections and surveys
- Preparing accurate and timely estimates, quotations, material lists, trade packages and construction programs
- Supervising the delivery of construction, maintenance and upgrade works
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, employment equity and anti-discrimination requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in building construction, maintenance, upgrade works




- Experience in preparing quotes and estimates
- Strong trade coordination skills
- Trade background highly regarded
