About The Role

Take the lead as Maintenance Manager at our vibrant Brisbane City location, where your expertise will make a real impact. With a strong focus on safety and attention to detail, you'll oversee all aspects of building maintenance, coordinate preventative programs, and manage contractors to ensure high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Oversee maintenance across apartments, common areas, and building exteriors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs, managing suppliers and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate contractors to deliver timely, high-quality work.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report to the General Manager.
- Ensure all maintenance complies with safety regulations and company policies.

About You To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Plumbing (highly desirable)
- Valid Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills + ability to build solid stakeholder relationships
- Proactive and goal-focused, with a drive to deliver beyond expectations
