Assist the design and content delivery of marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance across both Marketing and Sales functions.

About the role

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll assist the delivery of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Key duties

- Coordinate speaker briefings, event logistics and end-to-end event delivery
- Design and prepare content for marketing communications, presentations and creative assets across digital and print channels
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns
- Assist with marketing operations, budgeting, financial processes and campaign documentation
- Contribute to reporting, campaign performance analysis and the maintenance of marketing systems and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams,



vendors and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

About you

- Full working rights in Australia, Sydney or Melbourne based
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/communications or a relevant field is highly desirable
- Minimum3 years’ experience as a Marketing executive, assistant or coordinator, or in a similar position
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- High standard of competency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Understanding of digital platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce, website CMS, GEO/SEO/SEM basics)
