We’re looking for a permanent full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy and supportive team at Murdoch (Wexford), with occasional travel to other clinics when required.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:

- Welcoming and supporting patients
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointments
- Providing accurate and efficient administration
- Working closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who

- Puts patients first and genuinely cares about great service
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is confident on the phone and comfortable juggling competing priorities




- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is confident with technology and quick to learn current systems
- Brings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude
