Soho Financial is a quick-growing boutique mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our high-performing team.
This role would suit a broker settling $3M+ per month, with an established client base who wants to take their career to the next level. With strong company-generated lead flow, a dedicated support team and tailored workflows, you'll have the tools and opportunities to focus on what you do best - writing and settling loans.
The Role
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Company-generated leads
- Weekend work with 2 days off during the week
- Full processing, compliance & admin support
- Competitive lender panel & products
We're Looking For
- Proven $3M+ monthly settlement track record
- Highly driven and competitive
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong credit writing & lender knowledge
- Comfortable working weekends
