National Practice Manager | End User Computing (EUC)

At Data#3, our mission is to help customers harness the power of people and technology for a better future. We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven National Practice Manager - End User Computing (EUC) to lead the growth, innovation, and success of our national EUC practice.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping our EUC strategy, driving market growth, strengthening vendor partnerships, and leading a team of specialists focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own, develop, and execute the national EUC business plan
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, pipeline performance, and vendor alignment
- Lead the development of EUC solutions and service offerings
- Act as the national SME and evangelist for the EUC portfolio
- Partner with sales, technical, services and vendor teams to accelerate growth
- Build executive relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing national specialist team
- Own the practice roadmap and identify emerging technologies and market opportunities

Your EUC Expertise

You'll bring knowledge, and an understanding, of the customer value delivered by:

- 3rd party logistics, vendor, and distribution management
- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Device as a Service (DaaS)
- Windows 11 and modern operating system environments




- Modern devices across Microsoft, HP, Lenovo and Dell, including Copilot+ PCs
- Endpoint lifecycle, disposal and asset recovery

What We're Looking For

- Extensive experience leading technology sales, solution, or practice teams
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of growth targets
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong vendor management and alliance experience, particularly with leading device partners
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams and fostering a collaborative culture
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
