Wandiyali invites applications for an ITC Youth Worker to provide day-to-day care and support to Aboriginal children and young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care settings. The role emphasizes a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic workplace aligned with care plans and cultural safety.

You will collaborate with the care team, contribute to healing and development, and participate in a 4-days-on/4-days-off roster across an 8-week cycle, including sleepovers and weekend work.
