About The Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our South East team, covering the LGAs of Casey, Cardinia, Dandenong, Knox and Maroondah. Open to full-time and part-time.

This is a fully mobile role, working across home, school and community settings.

You'll be joining a genuinely multidisciplinary team, with colleagues across Speech Pathology, Psychology and Behaviour Support, connecting regularly through in-person meetings and virtual catch-ups.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants with a broad range of presentations, mostly neurodiverse
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community




- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- A neuroaffirming, person-centred approach to practice
- Comfort working autonomously while staying connected with your team virtually
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
